The Western Cape High Court will today hear an urgent application brought to interdict former Judge President John Hlophe's designation to the Judicial Service Commission.
The DA, Freedom Under Law and CASAC want the court to interdict Hlophe from taking up his seat on the commission.
This is pending their review application for Hlophe's designation to be set aside.
