Part C describes Angles electoral politics coverage, s, Angles' sponsorship of various all-candidates meetings and surveys of the various party's positions on key gay/lesbian issues including Angles' analysis of various party's relative support or lack thereof on gay/lesbian issues, including both the positive positions and the disappointments in the provincial NDP's positions and actions as provincial government. Also, discussed was Robin Tyler's call for a Gay Day at Expo '86 and the subsequent event, the debate over Angles carrying advertising from Red Hot Video and Wega Video's gay video ads. Angles eventually quite taking Red Hot Video ads but continued with Wega Video's ads. Part C also starts to discuss individuals who had significant involvements in Angles history, including Fred Gilbertson, Neil Whaley, "the pedant's club", Sue Harris, Liawan, Gery Ratzinger, and Sean Martin.
