TACKLING A BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP TRIALS ARENA!! Huge jumps and big crashes!!

The beauty of being a professional mountain biker is being able to do all sorts of different sports and call it "cross training" haha. Our cross training sport of choice this week was motorcycle trials and what better person to teach us the ropes and some techniques than Rob Warner. Rob is not only a World Cup winner but a national level moto trials rider. So fun to ride with him. I think he was being very nice to myself and Bernard Kerr. We sucked. haha

Honestly a lot of the same techniques are used in mountain biking and trials so myself and Bernard both picked it up pretty quick. Hook woods is the perfect location to perfect your skills. I had such amazing time there with the boys.

With all the MTB bike parks so busy now they are back open from lockdown its an awesome opportunity to get out here and learn some new skills in the woods.
