INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Bowl
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 Bowl
* Salt (नमक)
* Water (पानी)

For Filling:
* Potato (आलू) - 2 Boiled
* Onion (प्याज)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 Tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Salt (नमक) - As per taste

For Sabji:
* Oil (तेल)
* Cumin seeds (जीरा)
* Onion (प्याज) - 4
* Tomato (टमाटर) - 1
* Salt (नमक)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2 Long chopped
* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Tbsp
* Fresh malai (घर की मलाई) - 4 Spoons
* Sugar (चीनी)

RECIPE:
For Onion Sabzi,take a pan,put Oil,Cumin Seeds,thickly chopped Onion by separating its layers.Roast the Onion then put some ground Tomatoes,Salt,Turmeric Powder,Red Chili Powder,Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder & Garam Masala in it.Turn the flame slow & cover it then cook it for 2-3 mins.Then put long chopped Green Chilies,Dried Fenugreek Leaves then cover it & cook it for 2-3 mins more.Then put fresh Milk Cream & Sugar in it & cook it on slow flame.It will releases Oil,take out the extra Oil & use it in another recipe.In this way,tasty Onion Sabji will get ready.
For Filling,take some boiled Potatoes,mash them,put finely chopped Onion,Green Chili,Dried Fenugreek Leaves,Coriander Leaves,Red Chili Powder,Mango Powder,Cumin Powder,Garam Masala,Coriander Powder & Turmeric Powder.Mix them all & keep it aside.Put Salt at the time of making Parantha.
For Parantha,take some Wheat Flour & All Purpose Flour,put some Salt in it & bind the dough by adding Water in it gradually.Keep the dough for rest.
Make small dough balls,roll them,apply some Oil/Ghee,dust some Flour & spread the Potato Filling on the rolled Chapati,put some more Flour on it.Cover it with another Chapati & join them.Roll them as thin as you can & roast them on the Tawa.Then separate the layers of Parantha & serve it with Onion Sabji.
