Ingredients:

butter 100 grams ( 1/2 stick)
fullcream milk 50 ml (1/4 cup)
cream cheese 50 grams ( 3 tbsp)
egg 4 large 219 grams
sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
cake emulsifier 1tsp
cake flour 190 grams (1 3/4 cup)
powder milk 1 tbsp (10 grams)

Cream sauce:

cream cheese 290 grams
(1 cup + 5 tbsp)
fullcream milk 800ml
cornstarch 1 1/2 tbsp
condensed milk 100 ml
butter 2 tbsp
whipped cream 100 ml
(or all-purpose cream)

Toppings:

cheese wafer (crushed)
grated cheese

Baking time: 30-35 minutes (160°c)
