This is a project on 'IBM-i By Doing' wherein you can learn IBM-i Computing by following along with an Experienced IBM-i Developer. Expect new episodes every Monday and Thursday!

It is a Tutorial on coding / programming in RPG4 or RPGIV or RPG-IV or RPGLE or RPG ILE
on the IBM i or IBM-i or i Series or AS400 or AS/400 Midrange Computer Server.
This video is a Hands-on Tutorial on creating an RPGIV Program for a Data Entry Subfile on IBM i.

Video Content:
PART-1:
1) Create a Physical file to hold Trains Information
PART-2:
2) Create a Display file with a subfile for keying in the Trains information (to enable heads down data entry)
PART-3:
3) Create a Data Entry Subfile program (to enter data into the Trains Information Database file)
4) Run the Data Entry program (to populate the Physical file with the Trains information)
5) Query the Trains Physical File to view the entered records
