These sensations rise because they are ready to be released, not because they define you. Sensitivity increases when perception opens faster than the mind can organise it. The dizziness, the disorientation, the sense that everything feels louder or more symbolic than usual, these are signs that awareness has moved ahead of embodiment. The mind may try to hold control, while another, wiser part of you knows it is time to soften and let go. Come back to me now. Ground yourselves in the body. Eat the wonderful fruits and gifts I grow for you all, Breathe in my air, Feel your feet upon me so that I may receive and help you anchor this light so that you may not have to burden this all on your shoulders.
