Kasol is a hamlet in the Kullu district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh! It is situated in Parvati Valley, on the banks of the Parvati River between Bhuntar and Manikaran! It is located 30 km from Bhuntar, 3.5 km from Manikaran and 36 km from Kullu town, the district headquarters!

The trek starts from Barshaini, a small town in the Parvati Valley, and takes you to the Kheerganga hot springs, which is a natural pool of hot water surrounded by snow-capped mountains! The trek is of beginner level and takes around 2 days to complete!

The trek route passes through several small villages, apple orchards, and dense forests! The trail is well-marked and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced trekkers! You will also come across several streams and waterfalls on the way, which add to the beauty of the trek!
