Gear + Enchantments:
Cutthroat's Sword (+10% Weapon Damage)
Storm Needle (+15% Charged Attack Damage)
Reinforced Longbow (+15% Charged Bow Attack Damage)
Forest Guardian's Veil (+15% Affliction Duration, could be swapped with Advantage Duration)/Defiant Silence (+20% Advantage Duration) For dragon fights and end game I switched to Defiant Silence as dragons have Weak Points only temporarily, so Crit damage made more sense to me there in general and the Weak Point hits imo didn't suffer a lot from it.
Jumper's Deft Leathers (+20% Electricity Resistance)
Reinforced Binding
Token of True Flight (+15% Critical Damage)
Graven Opal (+25% Momentum Generation)
Biting Thumb (+2 Max Arrows)
Runes: Redouble, Bombard, Ravage
Abilities:
Storm's Path (+25% Ability Critical Damage); can combo with Warriors
Explosive Daggers (+50% Ability Armor Damage); used it to combo with Bellara
Rain of Decay (+50% Duration); used Neve for chilled enemies, as this ability hits with Crits in that case
Concussive Barrage; great fun to use for boss fights and especially staggered dragons
