Footage of M14A & M14D SBS Buses operating via 23rd Street in Manhattan. Due to the annual NYC Village Halloween Parade, many streets were closed and/or restricted. As a result, there were many reroutes in Chelsea and West Village. All bus service operating on 6th Avenue operated on Hudson Street / 8th Avenue (M7, M55). The M14A and M14D routes in particular were rerouted via 23rd Street in both directions. Eastbound buses used it from 8th to 5th Avenues, while westbound buses used it from 3rd to either 7th or 9th Avenues.
