This is 3 out of 8 Episodes of The Book Place that I have this ones from 2000 and recorded off SAS channel 7 Adelaide. The Book Place was a Pre-School Program on the Seven Network from 1991-2002. It served as a replacement from not as much episodes coming out of Fat Cat and Friends, When it first started in 1991 but by 1992 when Fat Cat and Friends was Axed by the Australian Broadcasting Tribunal. The Book Place took over. The Show was hosted by Fat Cat's last presenters Brenton Whittle and Lynn Weston. As well as Andy Armstrong and in 1997 Nuala Hafner who now works for Sunrise. And the Bookworms Puppeteer was Michael Scheid who was also the Original Rock Wallaby on The Adelaide Version of Earlybirds and Fat Cat and Friends. The Book Place was about People reading books on TV and it was set in a Library. In 2001 all three presenters Brenton Whittle, Lynn Weston and Andy Armstrong were replaced by New People, and that's where the show goings down hill from here. In 2002 the show was axed. And new pre-school shows were now coming from Melbourne and Sydney. All rights for this video go to the Seven Network Australia.
