Fungus causes the nail to lift off the nail bed and come unattached. Yellowing nails is quite common in elderly women who wear polish all the time.

This video will help you manage your time better when giving a difficult pedicure. You should be able to complete a pedicure in 45 minutes. Look for other videos for the massage portion and callus removal portion of the pedicure.

It is important to be able to remove the buildup under the big toe and the dead skin around the nails and on the feet.
