Hi! Welcome to Rei's Kitchen!

I tried making this bread using pot instead of oven. And surprisingly the result is sooo good. I used bread flour to achieve fluffiness of the bead. You may use all purpose flour but the result may be denser because it won't rise as much as the bread flour. Also the time of fermentation (resting of dough) can be reduced especially if the weather is hot. You may reduce it to 45 minutes and for the last fermentation, you may rest it for 20 minutes. If the bread is overly fermented, it will gives a sour taste.
Hope you can try this.

Here's the recipe:
2tsp dry yeast
5Tbsp sugar
1 cup warm water
Combine them all and let it rest for a few minutes.
NOTE: If you're using instant yeast, you may directly add the yeast and sugar to the flour.

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4cup cooking oil
-Mix them all together.
-Add the yeast mixture. Mix until firm.
-Rest for 8 minutes. Cover with damp cloth or cling wrap.
-Knead for 10 minutes.
-If it becomes sticky, put 2 Tbsp of flour.
-But if it becomes too sticky to handle, use your bread scraper to scrape the dough and slap it in a flat surface.
-Rest for 45 to 1 hour. Cover with cloth or cling wrap
Knead lightly. Fold the dough and cut into 6 equal parts.
-Fold and roll the dough into round balls.
-Put it in a pan and cover. let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
-Put a metal stand inside the pot or pan and preheat it for 10 minutes under low fire.
-Brush the dough with milk or egg wash.
-Put the pan(with dough) inside the pot. cover the pot.
-Cook for 30 minutes under low or low-medium fire. You may also bake it in the oven for 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
Note: After 20 minutes you may add melted butter to give a nice color on your bread. Then cook it again for 10 minutes.
-Let it rest for a couple of minutes before taking it out in the pot. Remove the cover.
