This video is a step-by-step DIY guide to clean and rebuild a motorcycle carburetor. The carburretor belongs to a Yamaha TW200 dirt bike, but the same process can be followed on nearly any other motorcycle and other small engine carburetors.

0:00 - Intro
0:19 – Remove float bowl
1:37 – Clean float bowl
2:10 – Clean out the choke “jet”
2:30 – Remove the jets
3:02 – Remove the air mixture screw plug (do this before removing the float bowl)
5:01 – Remove the float
5:32– Remove the fuel filter/screen
6:36 – Carb rebuild kit contents
7:28 – Clean jets, carb body, and all other parts
10:23 – Clean out the choke
10:30 – Reassemble everything
12:56 – Install and set the mixture screw
15:10 - Wrapup
