Note: You want a very good PC for this. Reason being is resources. If you have the HD Patch from Beamdog with the Neverwinter Vault fix to that patch, great idea to have a more powerful machine. If your machine can handle the HD patch it can handle the Toon Shader well. You want the Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition PC Patch 8193.35 or later installed too. The version should be in the menu somewhere. If not get this updated ASAP. Otherwise enjoy the guide.

The steps are so simple anyone can pull this off. Let's make our characters and the world of Neverwinter Nights looks like a cool cartoon. Note: I am using the HD patch from Beamdog plus the Neverwinter Nights Vault HD patch fix. Google both and you want to download them if your machine can handle them to get the graphics like I have.

Note: For those who did not read above. You want a good PC for this. Even a better one if you couple it with the HD Beamdog patch with the Neverwinter Vault community fix patch too. This is the PC version I am showing everyone how to do this. You want the Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition PC Patch 8193.35 installed too. The version should be in the menu somewhere.
