We had an amazing and insightful #day3 of Kilele Academy. We focused on mental health with Jane Kararu, a psychologist and social worker at KWCWC, we also had USIU students who engaged our students on life at campus in regard to mental health.

Dr. Daisy, who is a psychologist, and our trainer, led the discussion Self-care she guided and empowered the scholars to prioritize our wellbeing and embrace practices that nature our mind, bodies and soul.
