This still works on the WiiU version
Found by me - by using a flute before your Bike lands on the autoscroller section, Bayonettas model gets locked in place off of the bike, you can then turn around and hit the loading triggers for the final areas of the level, bypassing 4 minutes of Bike riding.

This is the fastest way to do the skip in RTA. It can be done much faster for IGT by activating 1 less trigger, but this gives you a very, very long loading screen which wouldn't work in a full game RTA run.
