deep mythology comes with this one. the moon and her many goddesses have been worshiped since antiquity.
we have such an affinity with the moon, from the tides, to hormonal cycles, our mood and emotions.
she has such healing and has a calming and cooling effect on us. bathing on the full moon can be quite a surreal experience.
