No official patch notes, but some stuff that was added:
Crafting system for character unlocking and skins (I hope the UI they made for this is an inside joke, not something they actually plan on running with)
Stamina for running (why who knows but ok)
2 Different blocks for building (crates that are weak and then crates that are sandbags)
Shit ton of skins for all guns and characters (seems to be what they focus on, good priorities they have)
Texture updates to maps
New crosshairs for building
Some ADS sight modifications (just skins have different ADS)

And yes they are making softcore pörn with Lora

Crafting system added

DaTau forcegate replaced by a teleporter (all skill classes will probably have this?)
Damaging enemy devices now shows an indicator (not sure if this means a hitmarker or damage numbers)
"Balance fixes to practically all heroes, weapons, devices and blocks", whatever the fuck that means
Player stuck bugfix related to speed pads
Fixed 120 FOV animations
