The Public Comments portion was fairly quiet, with only a few comments around the animal control contract and the letter to the DOT that were on the meeting's agenda. The Engineer gives his weekly update, then the majority of the meeting's discussion surrounded the Humane Society animal control contract request with the County and the Sheriff's Department.
