Legal team discusses potential litigation over Washington Bridge closure

The legal team representing Rhode Island said it is likely to sue over the Washington Bridge closure next month.

Max Wistow, the lawyer leading the team, said Wednesday that they're hoping to make a final decision in early August.

He said the team has been combing through thousands of documents over the past several months working to determine what happened and who is responsible.

Wistow said he does have a "sense" of what went wrong but wouldn't share further details adding he does believe it goes further back than the McKee administration.
