Ingredients
More than half cup Bengal Gram Dal
Half cup tur Dal
Half cup Red Lentils
One tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
One tbsp Oil
One Onion sliced
Some Coriander Leaves
Some Mint Leaves
3 Green Chillis
20 cloves garlic
2 inch piece of ginger
2 Cinnamons
3 Green Cardamoms
1 Star Anise
3 Cloves
2 Black Cardamoms
500 Gms Mutton
2 Tomatoes Chopped
Salt to Taste
1 & ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Half tsp Turmeric Powder
500 Gms Bottle Guard
Secret Ingredients to be roasted and coarsely grounded.
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
10 Black Pepper Corns
500 Gms Bottle Gourd
5 Green Chillis whole
Half tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp Dried Fenugreek leaves
Juice of 3 small pc Tamarind
