Puerto Rican Mantecaditos | Puerto Rican Shortbread Cookies | No Shortening!

Ingredients:

Makes about 15-18 cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F an bake for 15minutes

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 cups white sugar
• 1 stick salted butter, softened
• 2 large egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp almond extract
