There is no separate “I,”
no little “me” aware of thoughts.

The “I” is just another thought,
a transient texture in the vast, open awareness.

And this awareness, belongs to no one.
Not held by a thinker. Not owned or contained.

Waves of thought rise and fall
seamlessly, effortlessly. Known… but without a knower.

No observer. Just observation. No one seeing…just seeing.

It’s so simple, so immediate, it’s often missed by the very mind that tries to grasp it.

But even that grasping, is just another movement, another wave in the same spacious presence.

You’re not behind the thoughts.
You’re not ahead of them.
You are the space they move through.
