In this video, we have summed up the whole Negotiation Process for a harmonized insight.

Firstly, the problem between the parties is narrated.

Further,

the opening statement in a negotiation is where the parties first come together. It sets up a shared basis for the negotiation to proceed further.
thereafter an agenda is established and based on the agenda discussion/negotiation between the parties prompts.
Closing statement of a negotiation session contains broadly three elements:
a) Both Client and Counsel should thank the other party for the session
b) State the final settlement, if any
c) In case of failure of settlement, brief description of next step.
