We had a few hours in Colorado Springs as we drove through Colorado heading back to Arizona in late December. The weather was pretty good so we stopped by Garden of the Gods for a few hours.

It is a beautiful park and is well laid out. It was such a nice December day, though, we unfortunately couldn’t find parking, but we were eventually able to see the visitor center, drive the loop, walk to a few trails, and at sunset we found a spot to park and checked out the balanced rock which was really cool. The landscape reminded me a bit of Sedona!
