There is this place I grew up in. A quiet neighbourhood almost out of the city, close to nature. It has an official name of course, but nobody really uses it. Everyone just calls the place "Ghost City". Whether it's because it was built beside the big local graveyard or it's just that these parts are pretty quiet compared to others, the thing is, it fits the place quite well. The streets themselves aren't haunted maybe, but the folks here definitely are. Something's always lurking in those grey heads, circling around their faded lives. Something pale and blue that colors the hearts with every breath.
So yeah, I guess it colored mine as well. Maybe even went a bit overboard while doing so... 😁

After I had come up with the base tune and rhythm, I wrote the lyrics accordingly and then performed the first version of the song while recording (by performing I mean singing, humming and drumming with my hands on the sofa 😅) Then grabbed that thing and made a lot of Suno covers of it (since my performing skills cause instant ear destruction xD), and then after a lot of cutting and editing it started to sound as I initially imagined. Hope you guys will like it as much as I do.

The song belongs to me, so reworking or using it for own benefits needs my permission. Sharing it on the other hand is something I'd be always grateful for 😁
