The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 is ideal for individuals looking for a stylish and functional fitness tracker that prioritizes health monitoring, workout tracking, and seamless integration with their Android devices.

Galaxy Fit 3 Hands On - Design and Build Quality

In terms of the Galaxy Fit 3 First Looks, it boasts a sleek, lightweight plastic body with aluminium sides.

It comes with 3 different colors in terms of watch casings, grey, pink gold and silver. Personally I prefer the pink gold.

Display

The Galaxy Fit 3 Samsung introduces a state-of-the-art 1.6-inch AMOLED display, a 45% increase compared to its predecessor, offering stunning visuals with vibrant colors and deep blacks, perhaps even more vibrant than Silvio Berlusconi’s bunga bunga parties.

User Experience and Interface

The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 offers a user-friendly experience with a range of features that enhance usability and customization.

Ease of Setup and Initial Configuration: I found the Fit 3 easy to set up and configure, making it quick and hassle free to start and use the device.

Intuitiveness of the User Interface: I find the user interface of the Galaxy Fit 3 intuitive and easy to navigate.

Performance and Software

Unlike Samsung's Galaxy Watches which run Wear OS, the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 uses a lightweight RTOS called FreeRTOS, or Free Real Time Operating System.

Furthermore, the Galaxy Fit 3 supports a wide range of apps, including health and fitness applications, expanding its functionality beyond basic tracking.

It seamlessly integrates with the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem, allowing users to control their Galaxy devices directly from the wrist, enhancing connectivity.

What I don’t like about the Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is it requires two apps to function optimally which, as we say in Italian, is a ‘fastidio nel sedere’:

The Samsung Health app is used to track various health metrics. The Galaxy Fit 3 app, on the other hand, is used to manage the watch's settings, track workouts, and receive notifications.

Both apps are essential for the full range of features offered by the Galaxy Fit 3.

To make matters worse, the Samsung Health app, as I have personally experienced, does not sync well with the watch.

Battery Life

According to Samsung, the Galaxy Fit 3 supposedly lasts up to 13 days on a single charge, attributed to its 200mAh capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 excels in health and fitness tracking capabilities, offering users a comprehensive suite of features to monitor their well-being effectively.

Variety of Workout Modes and Their Effectiveness: With over 100 types of workout modes, the Galaxy Fit 3 offers users a diverse selection to cater to different fitness routines and goals.
