Yiduo Shao is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Tippie College of Business. Prior to joining Tippie, she earned her PhD in Management from the University of Florida and BS in Psychology from Peking University in China. Her research interests include workforce aging, diversity and inclusion, and the virtual workplace. Her research has been published in leading management outlets, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
