~ When old, unprocessed energies and emotions arise bring your attention fully present into the now and recognise yourself as the aware witness perceiving the experience.

~ Don't identify with any thought or story. Remain as storyless, pure awareness, the open space in which the experience is happening.

~ Relate with the experience with an attitude of gentle curiosity. What does this part feel? Where is the sensation located in the body? What does the sensation feel like?

~ Very gently allow the body to consciously feel the experience and hold it in unconditional love.

With this practice you bring higher consciousness to old conditionings that are held in the body and this allows for the transmutation of these energies.
