In this video, join me as i visit Yat Ka Yan, best known for their classic Chinese desserts, but one of their most unique dishes is the their chee cheong fun (silky rice noodle).

They serve different variations of it, including the cai po, sweet sauce and creamy chee cheong fun that’s topped with bak kwa, fried shallots, and spring onions.

I brought my giant paella pan along and got all 3 flavours. This was challenge was truly tough, thankfully I still managed to enjoy it as they were all rich, savoury, and packed with flavours.
