Hi Neighbors, if you are looking for a quick side dish to go with just about anything?!?! I think I may have found it. This would be great with some corn and mashed potatoes. I hope you enjoy the video and the recipe is below. Please let me know if you have any questions or recipe requests.

2 cups of cooked chicken cubed . I used 2 chicken breast that I poached in some chicken broth until cooked
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1/4 cup of finely chopped celery ( you can sauté in butter before adding if you don't want any bite left in the celery )
1 cup of small seasoned croutons . I used garlic and herb because it goes well in this dish

3/4 cup of bisquick or any biscuit mix you like to use
salt to taste
1/4 tsp of ground thyme
1/4 tsp of ground sage
1 1/4 cup of milk

spread chicken in bottom of greased 9 inch or 22 cm pie plate/ Sprinkle with onion, then celery, croutons and pepper
stir biscuit mix , salt, thyme and sage together in bow. stir in milk pour over all . Bake in 350 F or 175 C oven for about 35 minutes. ENJOY
