This is the 4th and final part in this vlogging series of how I (a small town bartender) creates new cocktail menus for high end London bars.

For this video, the new menus have now officially launched and I'll be recapping on how those launches went.

I'll be talking through how I get these jobs and the difference between launching a cocktail menu for independent bars and creating cocktail menus for large big city and global brands.
