एक आरामदायक टब चुनें फिर उसमें 3-4 cm गर्म पानी भरें, अब इस पानी में 15 मिनट के लिए बैठें।आप पानी में फिटकरी भी डाल सकते हैं सूजन होने पर आप सिट्ज़ बाथ को 2-3 बार कर सकते हैं, सूजन कम होने के बाद इसे दिन में एक बार लें। ठीक होने के बाद आप सिट्ज़ बाथ लेना बंद कर सकते हैं। यह पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित है आप इसे 2-3 महीने तक ले सकते हैं।
