There are a lot more complexity to the different types of Japanese sake but for simplicity, I broke it down to just a few easy to understand categories.

Japanese sake is really easy to drink with it's low alcohol content and goes great with Japanese cuisine.

There are just too many different sakes out there to list but most will taste either on the dry spectrum or on the sweet spectrum.

And then there is the mysterious and overly priced Juyondai Sake which have crazy prices because rich Chinese folks in Hong Kong and China are pushing the prices up. Definitely not worth the price if you ask me.
