Leonor is a 'Palo Cortado' of 12 years of Ageing following the Solera system. 100% Palomino Fino, 20% alcohol.

However, you will ask... What is a 'Palo Cortado'? Possibly the most complex wine in Jerez, a mysterious wine. A wine with a nose similar to an 'Amontillado'... Similar in the elegance and finesse but there has been no 'Flor', no Biological Ageing.

Look at the beautiful colour it has, amber, golden with orange tones, more intense legs than Biological Ageing wine and a powerful nose, elegant but at the same time powerful. Reminders of old furniture, varnish.

On the mouth... Powerful, long, although, very important, with a pleasant silky smooth finish. This is due to the fact that Leonor has had no Biological Ageing and therefore the levels of glycerine are high.
