Learn how to apply a Self Leveling concrete underlayment over a concrete floor with this instructional video. In this video, you will learn how to level an uneven concrete floor by prepping the uneven concrete surface, applying a self leveling concrete primer, and applying the self leveling concrete compound / underlayment to the concrete floor.
