It's a classic Doctor Who trope - cut to the Doctor's confused/scared/worried face and cut to end credits! Here is a fun little compilation of every episode that ends of the Doctor's face (not just limited to cliffhangers). Enjoy!

A few notes about the criteria I used:
1. Nothing can obscure the Doctor's face (hands, masks, etc.)
2. Shots must be shoulders up or closer
3. No other characters can be the equal focus of the Doctor; other characters are allowed in frame as long as they are in the background or facing away from the camera
4. Missing episodes will not be included as we simply can't know what the final shot would've actually been
