The Chinese brand Feifan was established last fall, and it also has a second, English-speaking name - Rising Auto. As usual in China the brand’s origins are not simple.

This division was created by the SAIC concern specifically for electric cars, which were previously part of the separate R-family of the Roewe brand. Under the new brand two models have already moved, which are now called Feifan ER6 and Feifan Marvel R although the emblem in the form of the letter R remains.

A first independent model became the new “Feifan R7” which received the role of flagship.
