We created the best bed material for 3D printer !

Hey guys ! We have an other project to present you. This is simple to do and cost next to nothing.
Basically we made a bed for our 3D printer and were inspired by composite material beds like G10/FR4 or carbon fiber. Since we only print on the surface we don't need the fancy carbon fiber or fiber glass. We can custom the design with nice cotton fabric of any color or pattern we want.

The issue with PEI is when we do big parts in PLA ( like the VAT for the Prometheus MSLA printer ) we have a lot of warping because we need to go up to 65-75 degrees for the PLA to stick. So no need to say that with the shrinkage and stress in the plastic the parts badly wrap after a few inches of printing. Maybe a bad quality bed ? BTW we like this material a lot more and is now our go to surface !
