PicoBoot GameCube Modchip Installation Guide

This is the least proprietary GameCube modchip yet. Who would have expected a GameCube modchip in 2022?

Common thermal pad thicknesses for the GameCube:
2.0mm for the CPU
1.5mm for the GPU
1.0mm for the RAM
