Power Creep in Weiss Schwarz - Brainstormers [Weiss Schwarz]

Welcome back, players! Ever notice how the cards of today just seem to be better than the cards of yesterday? Well, in this video, and some others coming down the pipeline, I'll be exploring the history of card abilities and how they've gotten stronger over the years! Today's focus: Brainstormers!

Now, forgive me if I've missed a minor detail or two, or gotten 1 or 2 years muddled in terms of set releases. This was a very challenging video to make, because not only are there a LOT of brainstormers, it involved directly weighing card abilities against each other, which is very difficult to do objectively. There are definitely generalizations made, and extrapolations based on the data I have, and of course, the memory I have of the game going back as far as 2017 and earlier. However, I think it's important to at least ATTEMPT to explore the concept in detail, so I've done my best to outline what I've observed and researched here! I hope you enjoy it!
