The alarm panel says adt but it is a dsc 9047 panel. On that panel when yellow light comes on, hit *2 and it will bring up the type of trouble that it is seeing.
In the case of the remote, which dsc calls a fob, you would then hit * and then scroll with the left or right arrows. It will
then tell you low batt fob 1 or fob 2 etc.
