The city of Rockwall, TX performed a test of their outdoor warning sirens on the third Wednesday of August 2017, and sounded 3 growls and 2 alert tones that lasted about 1 minute each.
There was a guy outside sitting on his porch right across the street
from were I set up my camera. When the siren did the first growl, he looked right up at it knowing that It was about to sound. When the siren sounded Alert it was very loud even when it was facing away.
