To start your Smokable Blend you need a base herb smooth, has body and Burns well. Herbs for Ailments Lucid Dreams is a great calming herb blend to start with and is also a great nighttime smoke. Lucid Dreams Herbal blend is soothing very Relaxing. Helps to put you in a dream state with vivid dreams and helps with remembering you Lucid Dreams. Great for people who can't sleep or who can't recall their Dreams.

The herbs That I had in the bowl had already been Spritz with just a little water. Besides blending your herbs, it’s important to take into consideration the dryness of your smoking blend. A little moisture goes a long way to make an herbal smoking blend more palatable. Herbs that are dried for storage are sometimes too dry to make a good smoking blend, so spritzing your smoking blend with a little water and storing it in a closed container to allow the herbs to absorb the moisture can help. Adding a little honey to the water is a nice touch, too.
