1. Footwork:
Look at your feet
Place your foot precisely on a hold - important because you can gain extra height, pivot and also transfer weight more easily.

2. Weight transfer
Moving weight from one foot to the other

3. Keep hips in close to the wall
Keep your weight over your legs - nice and close to the wall.
Movement comes from your legs and you will last a lot longer in your session.

4. Keep arms straight
Conserve energy by keeping your arms straight (think like a monkey)
