બેકરી જેવા પાઉં ઘરે બનાવવા ની રીત | Eggless Ladi Pav | Pav Recipe | Pav Bhaji Bread Recipe
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup +1/8 Cup (2 Tbsp)lukewarm milk
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp Milk powder
3 Tsp active dry yeast
1 Tsp salt
5 Tsp butter, softened + 3 Tsp butter for Kneading the dough
1/4 Tsp Baking powder
1. Activate the yeast:

In a small bowl, combine lukewarm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes or until it becomes frothy.

2. Prepare the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour and salt.
Pour in the activated yeast mixture and softened butter.
Mix everything to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.

3. Knead the dough:
if you don’t have stand mixer , Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour.
4. First rise:

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 30 - 45 minutes or until it has doubled in size.

5. Shape the pav:
Punch down the risen dough to release the air.
Divide the dough into 9 equal portions and shape them into smooth
Place the dough balls in a greased baking tray, and Brush with milk leaving some space between each.

6. Second rise:
Cover the tray with a kitchen towel or plastic and let the dough balls rise for another 30-40 minutes.

7. Preheat the oven:
While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
8. Brush with milk

Once the dough balls have risen.

9. Bake:
Bake the pav in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown on top.
10. Serve:
Remove the pav from the oven and let them cool slightly. Brush with butter.
Your eggless pav are ready to serve. Enjoy them with your favorite curries or as pav bhaji or vada pav!
