On this compilation CD the stars are aplenty. With Macy Gray lacing the moody "We've Got Enough" with more urgency than she managed on The Id, Nelly Furtado's off-kilter "Legend," and Erykah Badu doing her cloying jazz routine on the somewhat precious "Today," some of the brightest lights in neo soul give it their all. Yet while this hodgepodge of remixes, album cuts, and new material might manifest the might of marquee power, it's the new jacks who come close to stealing the spotlight.
