Why Valorant skins are so expensive

Alright you probably saw some bundles or a vandal skin in the shop or even a classic skin, and thought why are they so expensive. Well, so many people are still buying the skins anyways, that there is no point arguing that Riot’s marketing works. Basically, Riot knows that a lot of players would pay over 20 bucks for a skin and over 30 for a knife. Its not riots fault that the prices are so high. We are the reason they are so high because even with the high prices most players still buy the skins. Theres even an upward trend of valorant prices of new releases of skins, for example the zedd bundle which costs around 110 dollars. They make it into a bundle so that most players would buy them, thinking that theyre getting a good deal. This also makes the battle pass look like a good deal, because if you have to pay almost 20 bucks for a prime vandal, why not get a whole set of battle pass skins including a knife, for 10 dollars.
