Building an Electronic Drum Kit for My Stand-In Drummer's Gig

I built an electronic drum kit setup for a dep drummer covering my live gig. It needed to be compact, sound great through a PA, have backing tracks and monitoring built in and still be simple and fun for an acoustic drummer to play on.
